vision & Mission
We work with our clients when it’s important to have a new perspective that sparks positivity and ignites change.
We listen and pay attention to them, and engage with them in ways that will bring insight and clarity around their desired directions and the next steps they need to take to achieve their goals.
We believe that finding new directions aligned with one’s unique selves is always possible. Depending on their individual circumstances, we make information available to them through advice, guidance and coaching.
AJW Career’s vision is to enable professionals navigate challenges with self-confidence and to put their energy where it matters.
As a result of our work together, our clients:
- Feel prepared and ready to progress, re-new or re-start their careers
- Have a clear idea on their career identity
- Be able to present themselves to others with confidence and pride
- Know what to do next and how to do it best when taking those steps towards the career they want
- Achieve their potential and feel good about themselves at the same time
Wellbeing (mental and physical) and a fulfilling career go hand-in-hand for us, and we think it’s hard, if not impossible, to have one without the other. We have seen many instances when work challenges lead to wellbeing issues, but also many examples how wellbeing and a good career reinforced each other. So we simply keep wellbeing as high priority when we work with our clients.
Our mission is nothing less than to contribute to our fellow humans’ wellbeing in a systemic way across communities, like a chain. We believe that by helping our clients transform how they view themselves and the values they add, we can make a positive impact on many others in their networks, and so forth.
We are pragmatic about challenges and see people’s potential to overcome them.
History
I designed and delivered my first workshops and 1-2-1’s for adult learners in 2004. Since then, I have recruited and managed people for 10 years in the automotive industry, followed by having provided employability support throughout the pandemic.
AJW Career was founded in 2020, and since then I have been working as a Coach within the realm of career development, including progression and transitions into new roles for mid-career and senior professionals. I am also a Mentor to Level 5 coach trainees on an EMCC accredited course since 2022.
My personal experience…
I have felt stuck in roles without the prospect of any progression, changed careers and I have been made redundant before. I know what it feels like to be in a ‘career vacuum’, but I also believe that there is an enjoyable career path out there for professionals who are open to look for it.
My experience gives me the understanding about what recruiting managers look for in candidates, and what successful applications, including interviews, should look like. I can also relate to my more senior clients’ management and leadership challenges, from various aspects. As a Coach, I work with my clients in a partnership based on respect and the strongest belief in the potential, that’s in all of us.
I welcome every opportunity to work with professionals who want to develop their career. – Andrea Juhasz-Wrench
