How we support you

We provide support to both those who leave the company, and those who will stay on. 

Our service includes 1-2-1 and group coaching, and workshops. 

We recommend starting providing support from the moment you put your employees at risk of redundancy. Those selected for redundancy at the end of this period are recommended to be continually supported in 1-2-1’s based on their individual needs. Those who are staying and potentially moving into new roles will also benefit from ongoing coaching throughout the transition.

The support will always be beneficial to your employees and company, no matter what the overall outcome of the redundancy situation. Coaching helps cope with the uncertainty and change, fostering mental wellbeing and resilience. It also helps with transitioning into new roles following a possible restructuring.
